We provide personal supervision that is the essential part of design and architectural work. We offer our complete approach from conception through construction under the careful control of the project author.
I'm Maxim Rubtsov. I'm the Founder and the Principal interior designer of MARU studio. Here stylish, bold and creative modern architectural structures and interior design are realized. I focus on commercial and residential design. With a degree in architecture, I have more than 20 years of industry experience. The recipient of numerous international design awards, the participant of multiple TV-shows.
Onboarding
Begin with research and inspiration. Field visit. Assessment of the existing space. Discussing of conceptual and stylistic design solutions. Preparation of schematic design & design development.
Project visualization
Realistic 3D rendering and key sections. Interior design layout with perspectives, wall elevations and dimensions. The visualization of exact look of materials, furnishings and textures.
Working documentation
Create design and construction documents, prepare project specifications, develop record control documents. Planning solutions, engineering equipment, statements of finishing materials and estimates.
Author's supervision
Maintain consistent and timely communication within project team. Coordinate completion of project. Regular site visits and quality control. Possibility to make adjustments during construction work.
